Warning of increased Cavenham Quarry traffic

I would like to take the opportunity to advise, on the  week commencing 23rd February, we have a project which entails transporting approximate 50 loads per day from Bury to Cavenham.

We will of course try our upmost to ensure minimal movements as possible, and of course all drivers are fully aware of ensuing we are driving in a safe and appropriate manner at all times and in particular if having to enter or exit via the village.

Update: We have expressed our frustration and upset over the volume of HGV’s in our village and have requested they divert the traffic via the council recommended “Local Access Lorry Routes” (see attached). In response they have passed the request onto their transport planners.
