We are enormously grateful to David Goodman for the first website. We are also extremely grateful to Sarah Brownie and previous resident Jules Uniacke who completed all the historical research of the village; as well as to Robert Gough on the history of the Cavenham Farm Estate.
We hope by having everything on one website will make it easier for residents and visitors to have easier access to all the varied information from different sources, and to learn more about our albeit small but incredibly interesting village.
Where possible links to sources, places of interest, and historical references have been inserted. If any of the links are not working, incorrect, or other, please let me know.
If you would like any content adding, corrections, or other, please email Jennifer.
